The company owns the vineyard, a plot of one and a half hectares of land, which guarantees a good production of red and white wine.
It owns also an olive grove, a complex of plants that characterize the hilly panorama and offer excellent olives for the extraction of an extra virgin oil made from cold pressure.
Just beyond the structure that houses the restaurant there is the stable, also managed directly by the Mazzeracca family.
Cows, pigs, donkeys and horses are raised with the utmost respect for the animals’ needs. The entire meat and sausage production chain is managed and controlled by the family members.
